Ferry out of Cebu, a birthday on Panglao, a night under canvas at Mabini, then the countryside on the way home.
One card per family. Ferry fares are charged per head, and the driver crosses free with the vehicle.
Give a family a vehicle, or put them in someone else's. Families in the same car split the ferry cargo fee and the fuel evenly. Set each car's km per litre so the fuel estimate matches what it really drinks.
Overnight camping is charged per head and covers corkage, the bonfire area with firewood, the dirty kitchen, parking, the CR and charging. Each family books and pays for its own tents and gear.
